Job summary

PharmaEssentia Innovation Research Center (PIRC) seeks a Senior or Principal Scientist in myeloproliferative neoplasm biology to advance translational pharmacology and MOA studies for BESREMi and other therapeutics.

You will design and execute POC/translational studies, guide biomarker strategies, and collaborate across teams to drive drug development from concept to first-in-human trials.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant bioscience field with strong publication record.
• Experience leading translational pharmacology programs in pharma/biotech.
• Proven ability to mentor scientists and guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of POC and translational studies in MPN models.
• Drive translational biomarker strategies to support drug development.
• Collaborate with data sciences, immunology/pharmacology, and regulatory teams.
• Provide scientific leadership and mentorship to junior scientists.
• Support IND/clinical development activities and CRO collaboration.
