The role requires deep expertise in analog/mixed-signal IC design, strong leadership, and a track record of successful production releases in automotive/industrial contexts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of analog or mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Strong CMOS analog/mixed-signal circuit design knowledge.
• Experience designing power management ICs, DC/DC converters, LDOs, references, comparators.
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso and SPICE tools.
• Strong debugging and silicon bring-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, implementation, and validation of complex mixed-signal and power management ICs.
• Design transistor-level analog circuits including: DC/DC converters LDOs Bandgaps References Current sensing circuits Data converters Interface circuitry.
• Develop system and circuit architectures that optimize performance, area, power, cost, and schedule.
• Drive projects from concept through tapeout, characterization, qualification, and production release.
• Perform simulation and verification using Cadence and SPICE-based tools.
• Work closely with layout engineers to achieve optimal circuit implementation and silicon performance.
• Analyze silicon results, root-cause issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in customer interactions, design reviews, and technical discussions.
