Job summary

You will shape architectures, mentor engineers, influence product roadmaps, and guide customer engagements. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design, deep CMOS expertise, and strong skills in multi-phase DC/DC converters and high-performance interfaces.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years in mixed-signal/analog IC design.
• Proven track record releasing complex semiconductor products and leading architecture.
• Deep CMOS analog/mixed-signal design expertise and PMIC knowledge.
• Strong debug, characterization, and production support experience.

Responsibilities

• Define system and circuit architectures for complex mixed-signal PMICs.
• Lead development of analog and mixed-signal functions including PMICs and references.
• Drive execution from concept through silicon validation and production release.
• Set design methodologies and engineering standards across projects.
• Lead architectural tradeoffs on performance, power, area, cost, and reliability.
• Mentor engineers and represent ADI in customer discussions.
