Job summary

Trusted Space, LLC seeks a Senior Principal Mission Engineer (ERD) to aid the SDA T3 Tracking program. The role focuses on architecting and verifying systems across space and ground segments, maturing models, and delivering verification plans for complex mission environments.

The candidate will work hybrid from multiple sites, develop RVTM for the ERD, and coordinate with government and industry partners to ensure end-to-end mission performance. A TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 15+ years of demonstrated systems engineering and integration experience if holding a Master’s degree; or 17+ years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience coordinating across space and ground segment organizations to ensure end-to-end mission performance requirements.
• Proven modeling, simulation, and mission-analysis techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop RVTM for the ERD and verify requirements.
• Plan data aggregation from component programs and analyses to show ERD compliance.
• Review government scenarios to ensure consistency with T3 plans.
• Develop and brief data packages with analysis results for government decision-makers.
• Collaborate with prime contractors, government civilians, FFRDCs, SETAs and SDA team members.
