Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer to own mechanical architecture, design, development, and qualification of complex networking systems from concept through production and field deployment.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on engineering with strong technical leadership, engages in system design, laboratory debugging, prototype evaluation, root-cause analysis, and customer issue resolution within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of electromechanical product development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical development of complex networking systems from concept through production.
• Provide technical leadership across programs for mechanical architecture, packaging, manufacturability, reliability and serviceability.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout product development.
