Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 4+ years in Manufacturing, Quality, Production, Industrial, Process, Mechanical, Aerospace or Aeronautics OR Master’s with 3+ years in those fields OR PhD in STEM with 0 years of experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain PAR access
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to develop and implement process improvements and support site initiatives
• Work closely with manufacturing personnel in automated production of composite aerospace components
• Author, modify, and audit shop floor electronic work instructions (EWIs) and perform RCCA activities to eliminate defects
• Troubleshoot production/equipment/program/tooling issues and implement improvements and solutions
