Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems—Missile Defense Integration seeks an Internal Only Sr Principal Integration and Test Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO. You will lead Product Integration Teams, apply Agile methods, and manage cross-team dependencies to deliver capabilities to the C2BMC customer on schedule and within budget.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, an IAT Level II (or higher) 8140 certification, and extensive experience in system integration, testing, and program management

Qualifications

• Active Government-Issued 8140 at IAT Level II or higher
• Current in-scope Government-issued Secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years (or Master with 3+ years; 12 years alternative)
• Experience in Missile Defense or C2BMC program
• Ability to work on-site in Colorado Springs

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Integration teams to ensure technical, cost, and schedule performance across multiple IPTs
• Manage dependencies among teams and external dependencies across the C2BMC enterprise
• Adhere to Agile principles and maintain an integrated backlog
• Develop, manage and present organizational metrics and risk/OPP status
• Support proposal development including BOEs and engineering estimates
• Ensure teams follow processes and quality standards and deliver capabilities on schedule
