Northrop Grumman Space Systems—Missile Defense Integration seeks a Sr Principal Integration and Test Engineer to lead Production Integration teams, applying Agile practices and managing backlogs. Based in Colorado Springs, CO, the role requires current security clearances and extensive experience with C2BMC and MDS systems.
The engineer will drive effective execution, coordinate with the EPM, and deliver capabilities to the customer on schedule while adhering to program directives and quality
Competenze
- Current, active Government-Issued 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher.
- Current, active Secret security clearance at time of application.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years experience; or Master's with 3+ years; or 12 years experience in lieu of degree.
Mansioni
- Lead I&T Integrated Product Team (IPT) to ensure technical, cost, and schedule performance across Product Integration teams.
- Ensure efficient, repeatable engineering processes are followed to deliver capabilities on schedule.
- Identify, track, and report risks and opportunities with mitigation strategies.
