Job summary

Travel up to 10% may be required to engage with customers and partners. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams, and contribute to strategic quality initiatives across silicon, optics, and data-center networking

Qualifications

• Define and drive end-to-end quality strategy for next generation hyperscale switching, routing, wireless access points, AI servers, and optical platforms.
• Lead resolution of complex product quality issues and customer cases with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor engineers and represent Cisco in strategic customer and industry engagements.
