Responsibilities

• Define multi-year hardware architecture and roadmaps for high-performance networking systems.
• Lead cross-functional hardware initiatives from concept to product release.
• Escalate and resolve high-risk architectural, signal integrity, power integrity issues.
• Communicate strategies to align multiple engineering teams and business units.
• Represent hardware engineering in executive reviews and supplier discussions.
