Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related project/program management experience.
• Masters' degree with 3+ years of related experience.
• Prior experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to manage various stakeholders expectations.
• Proven ability to define program scores, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects.
• Provide training and lead by example to new team members.

Responsibilities

• Manages medium to large sized projects with moderate to high risk; solution may require teamwork among cross-functional teams; there may be multiple interdependencies, and the solution could impact many applications.

• Drives change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization and contributing to development of training
• Evaluates project results against success metrics; creates or reengineers processes and resources to improve productivity and end product
