Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience, with significant growth-focused roles in SaaS or high-growth companies.
• Track record of driving growth outcomes at scale (viral adoption, engagement, or revenue acceleration) in products with large user bases or revenue.
• Deep expertise in product-led growth mechanics and retention engineering.

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive into acquisition funnels, cohort behavior, and engagement metrics to drive rapid experimentation.
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Alliances to build product-led expansion and virality features.
• Design viral loops, referrals, and activation experiences to convert trial users into engaged daily users.
• Own multi-year growth strategy, define channel priorities, and provide executive-level growth narratives.
