Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Product Manager experience.
• 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products from concept through GTM (go to market).

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon Quick experience end-to-end across surfaces—define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for how customers interact with AI agents on every surface.
• Drive data-informed product decisions through funnel instrumentation, experimentation, and cohort analysis.
• Define the unified experience framework—interaction patterns, navigation models, and design systems—across all platforms.
• Own cross-platform orchestration—how the experience adapts across form factors and maintains context continuity.
• Drive adoption from onboarding to power-user engagement across surfaces.
• Scale the experience by leading cross-functional execution with Engineering, UX Design, Applied Science, and GTM teams.
