Job summary

Amazon Quick, a part of Amazon Web Services, is seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager to own end-to-end user experiences for AI agents. You will define how millions of knowledge workers interact with AgentZ and connectors, balancing power and simplicity across surfaces and devices.

You will drive the strategy for agent surfaces, insights, and actions, ensuring trust and delightful UX while coordinating across engineering, design, and science teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and managing tradeoffs.
• Experience in technical product management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon Quick AgentZ build experience end-to-end—define vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Drive data-informed product decisions through funnel metrics, experimentation, and cohort analysis.
• Define the unified experience framework—interaction patterns, navigation models, and design systems.
• Own cross-platform orchestration—adapt across form factors and ensure seamless transitions between devices.
• Drive the customer adoption journey from onboarding to power-user engagement.
• Scale the experience to meet organizational goals; lead cross-functional execution across engineering, UX, applied science, and GTM.
