L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal, Global Trade Compliance Counsel to advise on EAR, ITAR, CBP, and OFAC regulations. The role reports to the Senior Director and Managing Counsel, Global Trade Compliance and involves cross-functional collaboration to advance compliance objectives.

Qualifications include a U.S. law degree, bar admission, and 5+ years as a global trade attorney. Travel up to 20% is required, with compensation disclosed by location.

Competenze

• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• J.D. degree from accredited U.S. law school.
• Admission to a U.S. jurisdiction bar and member in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a global trade attorney with ITAR, EAR, and/or OFAC experience.

Mansioni

• Provide advice and counsel on export controls and sanctions (EAR, ITAR, CBP, OFAC).
• Lead investigations of reportable compliance incidents and disclosures to regulators.
• Support development and implementation of enhanced compliance policies and controls.
• Manage global trade considerations for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including due diligence.
• Support internal audits, self-assessments, and site-specific compliance visits.
• Coordinate with Legal and Functional leadership to report on compliance considerations.
• Travel as needed (10–20%).
