Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Principal Electrical/Computer Engineer to join the Mission Systems Microelectronics Technology team in an onsite role in El Segundo. You will contribute to testbench design, verification of high-performance digital ASICs and FPGAs for signal processing and information assurance products.

You will lead verification efforts, architecture test environments, develop test plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.

Formación

• RTL coding and simulation in VHDL or Verilog.
• Testbench development for the verification of RTL blocks using VHDL and/or SystemVerilog.
• Experience with chip-level verification techniques and languages (constrained random, functional coverage).

Responsabilidades

• Verification environment architecture and design using SystemVerilog with UVM/UVM-F.
• Creation of test plans, testcases, code coverage tracking, and functional coverage tracking.
• Testbench development for RTL verification using VHDL or SystemVerilog.
• Recommend new tools and practices for continuous improvement in FPGA verification flow.
• Contribute to engineering estimates for new program pursuits.
• Provide technical leadership for project verification teams by planning activities and reporting status.
