Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking to strengthen its Principal Finance team within Macquarie Capital to support a broad portfolio across private credit, private equity and real estate products. The role involves end-to-end transaction management, execution, and ongoing administration with a focus on data integrity in loan systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services within middle office or operations.
• Experience with LoanIQ or ACBS in end-to-end deal delivery.
• Ability to interpret credit agreements and understand financial concepts.
• Strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders (deal team, legal, credit, IT).
• Experience with large data sets and Excel.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end transaction management for a portfolio of investments.
• Operational analysis of proposed transactions and approvals coordination.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for transaction closing and administration.
• Own loan data in LoanIQ and related systems; oversee loan administration activities.
