Job summary

Macquarie Capital's Principal Finance group in New York invites you to join the Global Operations team responsible for managing a diverse principal investing portfolio from pre-acquisition to divestment.

You will work directly with the principal investing deal team and external service providers to support operational management and execution across private credit, private equity, and real estate product lines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services within middle office or operations.
• Proficient in reviewing and interpreting credit agreements and related documentation.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders and data handling.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end transaction management for a portfolio of investments.
• Coordinate approvals across internal and external stakeholders and manage closing.
• Own data in loan management systems and oversee loan administration activities.
• Engage in staff development and day-to-day team leadership.
