Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Senior Principal Facilities Process Engineer to standardize and improve facilities processes, tools, and training across multiple sites, including Melbourne, FL. You will partner with site teams and stakeholders to drive operational excellence and consistent employee experience.

The role focuses on training program development, change management, and process/tool rollouts, with opportunities to influence nationwide facilities operations and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field with 5+ years experience (or Master’s with fewer years).
• Strong organizational, time, and resource management skills.
• Experience in process mapping, workflow design, and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Review and optimize standardized facilities processes across sites.
• Coordinate documentation updates to reflect changing requirements.
• Lead RCAs to identify root causes of facility system failures.
• Design and deliver training for facilities staff on processes and tools.
• Develop and maintain user guides and SOPs.
