Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities/engineering or related field with relevant experience.
• Advanced degrees or PhD offer additional qualification advantages.
• Strong organizational, time management, and resource planning skills.
• Experience coordinating across geographically dispersed sites.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review and optimize facilities processes for multiple sites.
• Lead RCAs for critical facility system failures and drive improvements.
• Design change management plans for software updates and processes.
• Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, testing, and rollout of tool enhancements.
