• Minimum 3 years of leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning for Melbourne site, aligning workspace, program requirements and long-range strategies.
• Direct development and upkeep of seating layouts, configuration drawings, as-built documentation, and site master plan.
• Provide strategic input to long-range planning efforts and maintain regulatory compliance.
