Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to own the design and delivery of enterprise-level executive review frameworks and dashboards.

You will collaborate with Finance, Enterprise Systems, and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, craft concise narratives, and present executive-ready materials that enable confident strategic decisions. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise planning, enterprise business operations, data analytics, or strategic finance within a technology or SaaS organization.
Experience developing company-level executive performance reporting or leadership materials that integrate data from multiple functions.
Strong analytics to collect, validate data, identify drivers and trends, and translate findings into implications and recommendations using Excel or BI tools.
Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms and ability to connect insights to an executive narrative.
Experience using AI for automated reporting and dashboards.
Experience writing and presenting executive-ready content for senior leadership with clear messages and actions.
Ability to exercise strategic judgment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Advanced degree in strategy, business, finance, analytics, or related discipline; MBA preferred

Responsibilities

Define the enterprise executive reporting framework, architecture, cadence, standards, and content requirements for a consistent, decision-oriented view of performance.
Synthesize financial, operational, customer, product, and strategic initiative inputs into clear narratives with actions.
Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and functional teams to collect and reconcile data, identify inconsistencies, and strengthen KPI accuracy and narratives.
Develop concise, visually clear executive dashboards and briefing materials.
Manage the reporting production calendar, review process, and deep-dives for timely, accurate materials.
Provide forward-looking analyses, scenarios, and implications to move from status updates to insights and decisions.
Continuously improve templates, processes, and tools to reduce manual effort and enhance executive communication
