Job summary

UKG seeks a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to design and deliver enterprise-level reporting frameworks and dashboards for senior leaders.

You will collaborate with Finance, Enterprise Systems, and cross-functional teams to collect data, ensure quality, and produce executive-ready narratives with identified gaps and risks. You will synthesize inputs across financial, operational, customer, and product areas, guiding decisions with concise storytelling and visuals, while driving improvements

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise planning, enterprise business operations, data analytics, or strategic finance in a tech/SaaS environment.
• Experience developing company-level executive performance reporting or leadership materials that integrate data from multiple functions.
• Analytical ability to collect/validate data, identify drivers, and translate findings into implications using Excel or BI tools.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms and linking insights to executive narratives.
• Proficiency in using AI for automated reporting and dashboarding.
• Experience writing, designing, and presenting executive-ready content for senior leadership with clear decisions.
• Ability to exercise strategic judgment and communicate precisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced degree in strategy, business, finance, analytics; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise executive reporting framework, architecture, cadence, standards, and content for a consistent executive view of performance.
• Synthesize financial, operational, customer, product, and strategic inputs into clear narratives with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and functional teams to reconcile data and improve KPI accuracy.
• Develop concise, visually clear executive dashboards and briefing materials.
• Manage the reporting production calendar, review processes, and deep-dives for timely, accurate outputs.
• Provide forward-looking analyses and scenarios to move reporting toward insight and risk anticipation.
• Continuously improve execution management processes, templates, and tools to reduce manual effort.
