Job summary

UKG seeks a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to own the design and delivery of an enterprise-level executive review framework and dashboard that gives senior leaders a concise, fact-based view of company performance and strategic initiatives.

This role partners with Finance, Enterprise Systems, and cross-functional teams to collect data, ensure quality, craft clear narratives, and produce executive-ready dashboards for faster, better-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise planning, enterprise business operations, data analytics, or strategic finance within a technology or SaaS organization.
• Demonstrated experience developing company-level executive performance reporting or leadership materials.
• Analytical capability to collect and validate data, identify drivers and trends, and translate findings into implications.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms and connecting insights to executive narratives.
• Proficient in using AI for automated reporting and dashboarding.
• Experience writing, designing, and presenting executive-ready content for senior leadership.
• MBA or advanced degree in related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise executive reporting framework, architecture, cadence, standards, and content requirements for a consistent view.
• Synthesize financial, operational, customer, product, and strategic inputs into clear narratives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and functional teams to collect and reconcile data.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and briefing materials that are concise and visually clear.
• Manage the reporting production calendar, review process, and deep-dives for timely, accurate materials.
• Provide forward-looking analyses, scenarios, and insights for risk anticipation and decisions.
• Improve processes, templates, and tools to reduce manual effort and enhance executive communication.
