Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to own the design and delivery of an enterprise-level executive review framework and dashboards.

You will provide senior leaders with a concise, fact-based view of performance and initiatives, highlighting gaps and risks for timely decisions. You will collaborate with Finance, Enterprise Systems, and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, develop executive dashboards, and deliver forward-looking analyses that enable informed leadership

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of enterprise planning, operations, data analytics, or strategic finance experience.
• Experience developing company-level executive performance reporting for senior leadership.
• Ability to collect/validate data and translate findings into actions and recommendations.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools and narrative development.
• Proficiency in using AI for automated reporting and dashboarding.
• Experience writing and presenting executive-ready content for leaders.
• Ability to exercise strategic judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise executive reporting framework, architecture, cadence, and content.
• Synthesize inputs into narratives that explain drivers and actions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and others to ensure data quality.
• Develop concise executive dashboards and briefing materials.
• Manage the reporting calendar, reviews, and deep-dives for accuracy.
• Provide forward-looking analyses, scenarios, and risk insights.
• Improve templates and tools to enhance executive communication.
