Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in hydrogeology, geology, geological engineering, civil engineering, water resources engineering, or a related field.
MS or PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and expand relationships with water agencies, municipalities, GSAs, regulatory agencies, and private-sector organizations throughout California.
Lead proposal development, presentations, interviews, and contract negotiations to secure new work.
Provide senior-level technical oversight for hydrogeologic investigations, groundwater management, and site remediation projects.
Mentor staff and cultivate a collaborative, safety-focused culture.
Manage project profitability, budgeting, and backlog with leadership.
