• Experience leading multidisciplinary hydrogeology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client growth in Southern California.
• Provide senior technical leadership for complex hydrogeologic projects.
• Mentor staff and build a high-performing hydrogeology team.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Collaborate with regional and national leaders to grow backlog and revenue.
