Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Senior Test Solutions Engineering Lead to build and lead a West Coast team focused on ATE-based production test for custom datapath silicon.

Job description

• Build and lead a new Test Solutions Engineering team in the West Coast US region
• Own ATE-based production test development for custom data center silicon
• Optimize cost, quality, and new product introduction execution
• Build the regional team, develop talent, drive execution, and partner globally to support production ramps for hyperscale customers
• Serve as the primary technical expert for ATE-based test development for new products
• Lead development, validation, and release of production test solutions
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers
• Own test architecture and bring-up from design start through production ramp
• Drive root-cause analysis, debugging, and silicon characterization
• Act as a technical interface to customers to define test strategy and resolve issues
• Partner with design, DFT, product engineering, test engineering, operations, and quality teams
• Define test patterns, limits, screening methods, and test-time optimization opportunities
• Support reliability qualifications, stress testing, and failure analysis
• Improve manufacturing test processes and yield performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 10-15+ years of experience in Custom Processor /ASIC Product Engineering, Test Engineering, DFT, or Technology Characterization
• Expertise in one or more of: Product Engineering and Test Development, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), semiconductor process technology, reliability and qualification methodologies
• Proven ability to lead technical execution across complex programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
