Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Performance Analysis Software and Simulation IPTL to lead the PASS Integrated Product Team. You will drive the IMS, coordinate a multi‑discipline group, and ensure alignment of schedule, cost and technical objectives with program goals.

The role requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of experience in software, performance analysis, modeling and simulation for complex systems, and active US SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams in software development, performance analysis, modeling, and simulation for complex systems.
• Experience managing multi‑million‑dollar annual budgets.
• Ability to obtain Raytheon PM Certification Level4 within one year of hire.
• Active SECRET security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PASS IPT to develop and maintain IMS aligned with program objectives.
• Oversee development and delivery of performance analysis software, simulation models, and tools.
• Utilize EVMS methodologies to track and manage scope, cost, and schedule.
• Lead PASS task scope on Phase2 contract proposal efforts.
• Build and lead multi-layer team with CAMs for effective oversight.
• Contribute to leadership decisions as part of the SLCM‑N senior program leadership team.
• Collaborate with the Office of the Chief Engineer to prioritize technical needs.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for PASS IPT with Navy counterparts.
• Provide mentorship and career growth guidance to team leads.
• Ensure EAC and LRE development and sign-off for PASS IPT scope.
