Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with significant experience.
- Advanced degree preferred in Chemical Eng., Materials Science, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic analysis of process and product variation across carbon-carbon areas.
- Perform data analysis to identify variation drivers and support VMEA doc creation.
- Develop nondestructive evaluation methods for carbon-carbon materials and brake disk inspection.
- Meet with external vendors to explore inspection technologies and influence direction.
- Submit Capital Acquisition Requests for equipment enabling measurement and inspection improvements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, EH&S, Engineering, and R&D to align insights and actions.
- Coordinate with Spokane and Santa Fe Springs teams to maintain shared processes.
- Present risks, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership.
