Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Industry preference for aerospace manufacturing and experience with carbon–carbon materials.
• Experience in writing engineering documentation and capital requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analysis of process and product variation across carbon–carbon areas.
• Perform detailed data analysis and support VMEA documentation for leadership.
• Develop nondestructive evaluation methods for brake disk inspection.
• Engage with external vendors to explore inspection technologies and guide direction.
• Prepare and submit Capital Acquisition Requests for improved measurement and inspection.
