Qualifications
- Experience in leading efforts across the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience with software for communications or similar products.
- 7 years of experience with embedded software development.
- 7 years of experience in Python and C/C++.
- STEM degree with 10+ years of relevance or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop embedded software and communication products in C/C++ and Rust.
- Lead requirements, implementation, test development, and certification efforts.
- Develop tools and automated testing infrastructure for CI/CD.
- Mentor software developers and guide technical execution across projects.
- Lead large initiatives and manage team tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
