Job summary
Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Senior Principal Electronics Engineer - Networks in San Diego (Rancho Bernardo), CA, to design and optimize secure, scalable enterprise networks for the MQ-4C Triton program. Qualifications
- Must have a STEM degree and 8+ years of related engineering experience, or advanced degrees with relevant experience.
- Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
- Active DoD 8140 IAT Level II compliant certification (e.g., CCNA Security, Security+CE, CCNP, CISSP).
- Experience with airborne networks, tactical links and satellite communications, including BLOS/LOS links.
- Experience deploying, configuring, and securing Cisco Network Devices.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and support network infrastructure components (Routers, Switches, Firewalls).
- Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams and standards.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex network issues.
