Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks a Senior Principal Electronics Engineer for its R&D facility in Westford, MA. You will design analog and digital hardware for fire alarm products and support existing lines, including embedded systems, sensors, and power supplies.

You will lead hardware development projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory certifications while driving design from concept through manufacture. This hybrid role requires onsite presence three days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of electronics design experience.
• Experience with CAD tools and embedded systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
