Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 8+ years of electronics design experience (analog, power, audio, or embedded products).
• Experience with electronic CAD and circuit simulation.
• Experience transitioning products to manufacturing and power supply design.
• Fire detection product industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Design analog and digital hardware for new fire alarm products.
• Develop embedded system designs and microcontroller interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to production.
• Lead small cross-functional teams and manage cost and schedule constraints.
• Ensure designs meet agency certifications (UL, ULC, CE, FCC).
