Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 8+ years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master's degree and 6+ years, OR a Ph.D. and 4+ years.
• Active US Government Top Secret clearance with background investigation in past 6 years or in Continuous Evaluation.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, harness drawings, and test-stand diagrams.
• Knowledge of power distribution and redundancy in avionics systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional design and integration of avionics power systems, redundancy strategies, and harness/test-stand development.
• Design electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for aerospace platforms.
• Troubleshooting in lab and collaboration with testers to deliver robust solutions.
• Support diverse customers and projects with clear communication and technical leadership.
