Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Senior Principal Contract Administrator to support proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract administration for multidomain programs. This on-site role may be staffed at nearby locations in MD or MS as needed.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of contracts experience (or a Master’s with 5 years), US citizenship, and interim secret clearance with ability to obtain final clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of contracts experience or Master’s with 5 years.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, and FAR/DFARS knowledge.
• U.S. Citizenship required; interim Secret clearance required with ability to obtain final clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal preparation, contract negotiation and contract administration for various contracts.
• Interact with customers to handle contractual issues and ensure obligations are met.
• Administer standard and nonstandard contracts and manage contract changes.
• Ensure timely delivery of contractual deliverables (CDRLs/SDRLs) and invoicing.
• Maintain contract data in CM/ERP systems and support cash management and sales goals.
