Qualifications

• Experience advising on proposal strategy, estimating & pricing, audits, contract formation and customer relationships.
• Experience interacting with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and U.S. Federal Government contracting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead solicitation and RFP review/analysis, proposal preparation and signoff.
• Negotiate, administer, extend and close standard and nonstandard contracts.
• Establish relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person when appropriate.
• Collaborate with program teams to monitor contract funding and payments.
• Advise management of contractual rights and obligations.
• Enter and maintain contract data in management systems and ensure timely deliverables.
• Analyze and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, software licenses, and other memoranda.
