Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of experience in Contract Administration or related field, or Master’s Degree with 6 years of experience.
• 12 years of applied experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• Experience advising on proposal strategy, estimating & pricing, audits, contract formation and customer relationships.
• Strong working knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, and other U.S. Federal Government Contracting Regulations.
• Experience with CPIF, FFP, and T&M contracts.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Full Scope Poly; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead solicitation and RFP review/analysis, proposal preparation, and signoff; examine cost estimates and delivery schedules for accuracy.
• Negotiate, administer, extend and close contracts in accordance with policy.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers via email, phone and in-person.
• Collaborate with program teams to monitor contract funding and payments.
• Advise management on contractual rights and obligations.
• Enter contract data into management systems and ensure timely deliverables and invoicing.
• Analyze and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, software licenses, and other memoranda.
