Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Roy, Utah is seeking a Sr. Principal Contracts Administrator to support the Sentinel program.

This role requires US Secret security clearance, extensive FAR experience, and strong contract management skills across cost-reimbursement and incentive-type contracts. You will act as the primary interface with customers, monitor contractual obligations, and contribute to proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract administration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with FAR, including contract administration, acquisition and pricing principles.
• Experience with multiple contract types (cost reimbursement, cost plus, fixed price, T&M).
• Ability to interpret and modify government contract documents and related agreements.
• Knowledge of contract management systems and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface with the customer for contractual issues.
• Monitor contract obligations and ensure communication and understanding across programs.
• Participate in proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract administration including change management.
• Develop solutions to routine and complex contractual matters to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Prepare and manage written communications with internal and external customers.
