Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT is seeking Principal/Sr Principal Project Manager to support the Sentinel program. This full-time role requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.

The position features a 9/80 work schedule, relocation assistance may be available, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and ensure cost, scope, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years related experience; master's +3; PhD +1 (or +4 years experience in lieu).
• At least 1 year of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.
• Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance required at time of application.
• Proficient with Project Management principles and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between projects and stakeholders, reviewing status and managing schedules.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including WBS, schedules and costs.
• Identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance with EVMS.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
