Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Senior Principal Contract Administrator for our Linthicum, MD area offices. This onsite role on a 9/80 schedule involves contract administration, negotiations with customers, and supporting the proposal lifecycle within the LMS Business Unit.

The candidate will coordinate with finance, legal, and supply chain, ensuring compliance with all requirements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master’s degree with substantial contracting experience, knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience OR Master's degree with 6 years of experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFARs and Federal contracting regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to travel 10% domestically and internationally.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer, extend, negotiate and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts.
• Act as primary interface with customer for contractual issues.
• Support proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and customer contact activities.
• Review and analyze RFPs to understand SOW/contract requirements and advise program team.
• Ensure proposals are fully responsive and coordinate internal reviews.
