Northrop Grumman in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Sr. Principal Contract Administrator to join our team. This role will involve contract proposal preparation, negotiations, and ongoing contract administration across high-visibility programs.

You will serve as primary customer interface, ensure contractual obligations are understood, manage changes, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables and invoices while collaborating with program teams and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years' contracts experience in management/administration.
• Or master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years in contracts.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Travel at least 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support contract proposal preparation and negotiations.
• Manage contract administration and customer contract activities.
• Interface with customers to ensure obligations are understood.
• Ensure fulfillment of contract requirements and changes.
• Maintain contract data in Contract Management System / Enterprise Accounting System.
• Ensure timely delivery of contractual deliverables and invoices.
