Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Senior Principal Facilities Construction Project Manager (Level 4) on site in El Segundo, CA. You will oversee multiple concurrent facilities projects, coordinating with leadership, program teams, customers, and maintenance to meet schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities include designing and overseeing facility modifications, preparing Scopes of Work, and managing costs from design through construction,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 12+ years in PM/facilities management, or
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years, or Master’s with 5+ years.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary facilities contact for customers and maintenance.
• Manage ongoing project operations and liaise between PM, planning, teams, and line management.
• Gather and finalize facility/equipment requirements including specs, restrictions, and dates.
• Plan, design, and oversee reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of facilities.
