Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Senior Principal Contracts Administrator to join the R&AD Contracts team in Beavercreek, OH. The role focuses on contract proposal preparation, negotiations, and administration for DoD and government programs.

The position requires experience with FAR/DFARS, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. On-site work with a 9/80 schedule is provided, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years related experience OR Master’s with 3 years
• Experience negotiating and administering various contract types
• Experience with government regulations (FAR/DFARS) and Government Contracts
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Participate in contract proposal preparation and negotiations
• Manage contract administration and changes per policies
• Interface with customers to communicate obligations
• Maintain contract audit files with all documents
• Support CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ Government contracts
