Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal or Senior Principal Contract Administrator to join our team onsite in Rocket Center, WV. You’ll support Government programs, capture and proposal activities, and contract operations from development through closeout.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, experience with various contract types, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Primary responsibilities include managing complex contracts and working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must have DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with Cost Reimbursable and Firm Fixed Price contracts.
• Strong proposal development, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal preparation, contract negotiation and contract administration from proposal through closeout.
• Administer daily contract activities for multiple product lines and contract types.
• Enter and manage data in the Contract Management System and related systems.
• Participate in customer meetings and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Negotiate non-disclosure agreements and contract terms within company guidelines.
