Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience orMaster’s degree with 3 years of related experience
• Experience leading cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT)
• Competent in Project Management skills and tools
• Proven ability to obtain DoD security clearance and US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule and technical objectives
• Measure and report program performance to stakeholders
• Deliver presentations to customers and management
• Negotiate contracts, changes, budgets and schedules
• Develop and maintain SOWs and program baselines
• Identify, allocate and manage program resources and risks
