ACA Group is seeking a senior regulatory professional to lead mock examinations and compliance program reviews for diverse financial clients. The role includes drafting reports, reviewing policies, and providing regulatory guidance while developing and overseeing ACA staff.

You’ll manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to strategic initiatives, including potential outsourced CCO duties for select clients. Flexible US remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8 years’ industry experience or 6 years plus regulatory/examiner or ACA consulting background.
• Advanced knowledge of federal securities laws and related regulatory positions.
• Executive presence and professional interaction with regulators and high-profile clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead or assist mock regulatory exams and compliance program reviews, including document requests and reporting.
• Oversee work of project team members and coordinate complex client reviews.
• Provide regulatory consulting, draft filings, review policies and materials, and propose resolutions.
• Manage client relationships and projects, acting as account owner with cross‑department liaison.
• Supervise and train junior colleagues; participate in ad-hoc ACA initiatives.
