ACA Group is seeking a senior compliance professional to lead mock regulatory examinations and reviews, with a focus on advising private funds and registered products. The role emphasizes developing client relationships and supervising junior staff, with potential oCCO responsibilities and cross-department collaboration.

The position requires deep knowledge of U.S. federal securities laws, executive presence, and the ability to interact with regulators and high-profile clients.

Formación

• Bachelors degree required.
• 8 years of industry experience, or 6+ years with relevant regulatory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of federal securities laws and related rules.
• Executive presence and ability to interact with regulators and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or assist mock regulatory examinations and compliance program reviews, guiding project teams.
• Coordinate reviews for ACAs largest clients and consolidate work across colleagues.
• Provide regulatory consulting, draft filings, review policies, and resolve issues.
• Manage client relationships and projects, delivering expert advice and strong service.
• Support special ACA projects, training, research, and internal/client presentations.
• Supervise and train junior staff, giving feedback in a managerial role.
• Handle ad-hoc projects to support ACA on client and internal initiatives.
