Job summary

ACA Group is seeking an experienced regulatory compliance professional to join our team on a remote-friendly basis in the United States. You will lead mock regulatory examinations, perform compliance program reviews, and draft reports and manuals to promote adherence to securities laws.

You will also develop client relationships and oversee ACA junior staff. The role may involve acting as an outsourced chief compliance officer (oCCO) for selected clients, ensuring programs meet regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• 8 years of industry experience or 6+ years with regulatory exposure.
• Advanced knowledge of federal securities laws and related rules.
• Executive presence and ability to interact with regulators and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist mock regulatory examinations and reviews, supervise team work.
• Coordinate reviews for ACA's largest clients and consolidate efforts.
• Provide regulatory consulting, draft filings, review policies and materials.
• Manage client relationships and projects, and ensure high-quality service.
• Support special ACA projects, articles, training and presentations.
• Supervise and coach junior staff, provide feedback in project context.
• Perform ad-hoc work to support ACA initiatives.
